Westbury Nursing Home

The Westbury provides residential, nursing, respite and dementia care within a supportive, homely environment. While we welcome residents with dementia, we are not a specialist dementia unit and focus on non-complex dementia care needs.

Person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do at The Westbury – applied with depth and authenticity. Every aspect of care is designed around each individual’s needs, preferences and routines. From preferred shampoo brands and skincare products to morning routines and favourite activities, everything is recorded in detailed care plans that reflect the true person.

We believe care plans must evolve as we get to know each resident better and as their needs change, always reflecting who they are as individuals.

At The Westbury, good care goes far beyond clinical and personal care. We focus on what matters: respect, dignity, control, safety, individual identity and emotional comfort. Our residents are not simply cared for – they are valued, listened to and supported to live life on their own terms.
